To use the light to create the effect, first you must select the light that you want to edit. After that double click the mouse key.

It will display the Light dialog box. Click the Glow Editor tab. Select the type in the Ring list box. Enter the size in the Size text box. Choose the color in the color panel. Click the Ok button.
