Step 1

To use the light to create the effect, first you must select the light that you want to edit and then double click the mouse key.

Step 2

Next, it will display the Light dialog box and you have to click the Noise tab. After that, you need to select the type in the Type list box. Later, you need to enter the number in the Octaves, Velocity, Brightness, and Contrast text box. Finally, click the Ok button.
